I was referred to Michigan Drain to get my sewer lines jetted and within a half hour (mind you this was after 5:00!), they called to set up a time to be there the next day! They communicated when they would arrive, gave estimated cost before starting, were professional, friendly, informative, and educational. Best part- they had my lines clean and clear within an hour! They also helped with making sure I understood everything and gave suggestions for how to prevent the problem in the future. Thank you so much!

I contacted Michigan Drain to see about having my pipe descaled. After speaking with Aaron, we decided to wait on the descaling and try some other things. After researching numerous companies post a couple days of heavy rain and my main drain backing up, I decided on calling Michigan Drain, LLC. It was a Sunday night, but I instantly was connected with no one other than the owner. He was a straight shooter and ensured me that my problems would be fixed first thing the following morning. Sure enough, before 8am, I had two plumbers on my door ready to go. Work was completed quickly and efficiently and there's was nothing to button up after they left. This company has 5 star ratings for a reason. They definitely live up to that expectation. From start to finish, everyone I encountered was very communicative, straight forward, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend again them without hesitation!

These guys were great. Our main line was backing up and we had sewage water in the basement. They were able to come out quickly and clear the line of roots. Very professional! Communication was great. The job was well done. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend Michigan drain. We've used them a couple times now on different properties. This company communicates very well which is a big decision maker when hiring a company to do work for us. We had a main sewer line clog and they came out and attempted to get it unclogged the same day we called, which was unsuccessful because the drain was longer than expected.

We ended up needing to have a clean out installed out by the road. They pulled the proper permit and had everything excavated, repaired, inspected and backfilled in a timely manner. Not only was their price reasonable but the owner Aaron and his employees were amazing. They were always on time and gave us a heads up call before arrival.

So my main line backed up and I was short on money and called these guys for an estimate just to see what kind of ballpark I was looking at. They instead wanted to come have a look at it themselves, and said they would give me an estimate afterwards.

Instead of giving me an estimate, they cleaned the line and charged me what I could afford. True Legends, these guys. Been on a string of bad luck lately and this really helped more than they could know. Seth and Zach, you guys took care of me when I was in a bad spot. THANK YOU!
