CIPP Lining Trenchless No-Dig Repair is a newer repair method which inverts a new pipe inside of an old deteriorated pipe. CIPP pipe lining is as strong as the old pipe. It is ideal for access issues, where a building is above the host pipe, where there are cracks in clay or cast iron, worn or oxidized cast iron, or simply blocking out roots without digging up your yard.
It's important to note that CIPP lining cannot fix a belly and rarely can realign drains. We were fortunate in the following videos to see realigned clay tile joints after inspecting our work.
This sewer was situated underneath a massive new deck and it was impractical to dig it up to repair it. The sewer was in really bad shape when we lined it. There were misaligned joints, and cracked/broken pieces in many spots. We landed a bit short and you can see the original condition of the clay around 1:40; we later covered this section with a silicate resin 2 foot long 'patch', as seen in the next video. All of the materials come with a 50 year warranty from the manufacturer. Contact our team today for CIPP lining repairs in Lansing orĀ Grand Ledge, MI.
